If Weather is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Local conditions can sit on the closed-notch live-activity stack.

Confirm Weather is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so Weather tracks the screen you are looking at.
