Set up Weather after installing NotNotch
After install, Weather is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. Local conditions can sit on the closed-notch live-activity stack.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable Weather if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on Weather. Decline any you do not need.
