Troubleshooting volume HUD in NotNotch
If volume HUD is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Volume overlays replace the stock macOS HUD when enabled.

It does not appear
Confirm volume HUD is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so volume HUD tracks the screen you are looking at.
