Set up macOS Tahoe after installing NotNotch
After install, macOS Tahoe is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. The current Xcode 26 toolchain still ships a macOS 26 SDK while the app is expected to run on Darwin 27.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable macOS Tahoe if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on macOS Tahoe. Decline any you do not need.
