Troubleshooting Studio Display in NotNotch
If Studio Display is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. An external display can host the same companion instead of leaving the notch on the laptop only.

It does not appear
Confirm Studio Display is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so Studio Display tracks the screen you are looking at.
