How to use Spotlight in the Mac notch
To use Spotlight in NotNotch, enable the related setting and look at the top edge of the display. NotNotch is a glanceable companion, not a Spotlight replacement.

Open NotNotch Settings and find the control for Spotlight. The companion only shows what you enable.
