Troubleshooting Shelf in NotNotch
If Shelf is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. You can park files on the notch and share them when you are ready.

It does not appear
Confirm Shelf is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so Shelf tracks the screen you are looking at.
