How to use Shelf in the Mac notch
To use Shelf in NotNotch, enable the related setting and look at the top edge of the display. You can park files on the notch and share them when you are ready.

Turn it on
Open NotNotch Settings and find the control for Shelf. The companion only shows what you enable.
