App Sandbox is meant to stay glanceable, with keyboard shortcuts for the actions you repeat. File pickers use the user-selected read-write entitlement rather than a blanket home-folder grant.

Open without the pointer
Assign a shortcut in Settings if you open App Sandbox many times a day.
Keep it small
The notch should not become another full-screen app. App Sandbox stays a short interaction.
