Set up Reminders after installing NotNotch
After install, Reminders is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. Reminders can appear beside events so the next action is visible.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable Reminders if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on Reminders. Decline any you do not need.
