Set up on-device privacy after installing NotNotch
After install, on-device privacy is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. Shipping utilities stay on-device; the marketing site does not run analytics cookies.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable on-device privacy if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on on-device privacy. Decline any you do not need.
