NotNotch’s deployment target is macOS 14, so on-device privacy is built to run on Sonoma and later. Shipping utilities stay on-device; the marketing site does not run analytics cookies.

Why Sonoma is the floor
The SwiftUI notch host and several system APIs assume macOS 14. on-device privacy follows that floor.
Later systems
The same on-device privacy path is intended to keep working through macOS 27 without bumping the minimum.
