Now Playing is sized for a closed-notch chip or a short open panel, not a document window. Playback and artwork sit in the closed notch so you do not hunt for a player window.

Closed shows the live state. Open is for the next action. Now Playing should make sense in both.

Animations stay short. Reduced-motion users should still understand Now Playing without the demo loop.
