Troubleshooting Notifications in NotNotch
If Notifications is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Selected banners can take the front of the notch stack, then hand back to music.

It does not appear
Confirm Notifications is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so Notifications tracks the screen you are looking at.
