notch-less displays for Mac notch developers
If you are extending NotNotch, notch-less displays is a host surface or a documented constraint. NotNotch can present a floating top-screen surface on compatible displays that have no hardware notch.

Host rules
Packages declare placements in manifest.json. notch-less displays may be openTab, liveActivity, or a first-party module.
Do not disable library validation
Unsigned third-party binaries stay manifest-only. That is intentional.
