notch-less displays is a small SwiftUI surface. NotNotch can present a floating top-screen surface on compatible displays that have no hardware notch. Disable it if you want the lightest possible notch.

Live polling and media artwork cost more than a static chip. notch-less displays should sleep when unused.
How to lighten it
Turn off unused live activities in Settings so notch-less displays is not in the stack all day.
