Set up multiple displays after installing NotNotch
After install, multiple displays is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. The companion can follow the display you choose instead of cloning every screen.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable multiple displays if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on multiple displays. Decline any you do not need.
