Set up macOS 27 after installing NotNotch
After install, macOS 27 is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. NotNotch keeps a macOS 14 deployment floor and is intended to run on macOS 27 without raising the minimum to 27.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable macOS 27 if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on macOS 27. Decline any you do not need.
