Set up MacBook Air after installing NotNotch
After install, MacBook Air is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. Air models with a notch get the same closed-notch live activities as Pro machines.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable MacBook Air if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on MacBook Air. Decline any you do not need.
