Troubleshooting keyboard shortcuts in NotNotch
If keyboard shortcuts is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Hover, tap, and keyboard shortcuts can open the notch without another window.

Confirm keyboard shortcuts is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so keyboard shortcuts tracks the screen you are looking at.
