Troubleshooting island shape in NotNotch
If island shape is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. The closed pill can follow a notch or floating island silhouette.

Confirm island shape is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so island shape tracks the screen you are looking at.
