Troubleshooting hover-to-open in NotNotch
If hover-to-open is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Moving the pointer into the chin can open the notch after a configurable delay.

It does not appear
Confirm hover-to-open is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so hover-to-open tracks the screen you are looking at.
