Set up GPL-3.0 license after installing NotNotch
After install, GPL-3.0 license is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. NotNotch is a Gogocash fork of Boring Notch and stays GPL-3.0.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable GPL-3.0 license if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on GPL-3.0 license. Decline any you do not need.
