Does Focus modes work offline?
Shipping Focus modes behavior is a local Mac utility. The notch stays a utility; it does not replace Focus filters. Network is not required for the core notch host.

Sparkle updates and optional music backends may need a network. Focus modes itself is described as on-device where the feature allows.
AI is separate
