Set up file sharing after installing NotNotch
After install, file sharing is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. Shelf items can be shared with the system share sheet when you are ready.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable file sharing if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on file sharing. Decline any you do not need.
