Troubleshooting extensions in NotNotch
If extensions is missing, check Settings, display targeting, and macOS permissions first. Settings can install .boringnotch packages; unsigned binaries stay manifest-only.

It does not appear
Confirm extensions is enabled and that the notch is not hidden on that display.
It appears on the wrong screen
Use the display-follow setting so extensions tracks the screen you are looking at.
