How to use extensions in the Mac notch
To use extensions in NotNotch, enable the related setting and look at the top edge of the display. Settings can install .boringnotch packages; unsigned binaries stay manifest-only.

Open NotNotch Settings and find the control for extensions. The companion only shows what you enable.
