Set up clipboard history after installing NotNotch
After install, clipboard history is opt-in through Settings so existing users are not surprised. An optional clipboard tab keeps recent items next to Home and Shelf.

First launch
Finish onboarding, then open Settings and enable clipboard history if you want it.
Permissions
macOS may ask for calendar, notifications, or files depending on clipboard history. Decline any you do not need.
