How to use clipboard history in the Mac notch
To use clipboard history in NotNotch, enable the related setting and look at the top edge of the display. An optional clipboard tab keeps recent items next to Home and Shelf.

Turn it on
Open NotNotch Settings and find the control for clipboard history. The companion only shows what you enable.
Use it at a glance
